ERRIN BAUGH is an empathetic leader, who leads by example with compassion, sincerity and integrity. She believes in leadership development and empowerment; she is a true practitioner of transformational thinking and inspires others to be the best that they can be. She is a mentor and coach to many and her passion for coaching has been a trademark in her life as she works with women and girls to discover and live out their life purpose.
Errin is currently employed with the City of Atlanta as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Project Management Office in the Department of Atlanta Information Management Services Group. She is responsible for leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). She is also an entrepreneur, the CEO of Leadership By Design Coaching and Consulting working with clients across the country. Her background experience also includes working for 21 years in a Fortune 500 company providing leadership in the employment screening industry.
Errin has been involved in leading, coaching, and training for 25 years with focused disciplines in the following industries: Pre-employment screening, Information Technology, Portfolio and Project Management, Coaching and Non-profit business management.
Errin’s passion for bridging the leadership gap stretches beyond the “for profit” arena and has promoted her to having an opportunity to serve in a volunteer leadership capacity as the Executive Director for the My Sister’s Keeper Foundation for Women, a leading influential organization, whose mission is focused on “Moving Women from Average to Excellence”.
Errin is a lifelong learner and has earned three degrees and attained several professional certifications to include: Master of Arts in Leadership, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, and an Associate of Science in Business. Her professional certifications include: Certified Leadership and Life Coach, Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Six Sigma Green and Black Belt, Certified Lean Sigma Agent, Certified ITILv3 foundations and Trained DiSC facilitator.
Errin and her husband, Michael are Georgia residents. They are the proud parents of 2 adult children; Chasity and Marcel.

Dr. KATHLEEN RUTH is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at the nation’s leading public health agency - the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Ruth has worked in the CDC’s Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention for nearly 10 years. Dr. Ruth provides invaluable leadership in the development of new innovative and mixed modality e-learning tools for clinical providers to improve HIV medication adherence among their patients. Dr. Ruth has collaborated with the White House Office of National AIDS Policy. She has provided leadership to African countries, such as, Tanzania and Mozambique to help reduce the burden and disparities of HIV in adolescents and delay the onset of sexual activity.
Recently, Dr. Ruth led the development and launch of a mobile application called Every Dose Every Day to assist patients with staying adherent to their HIV medications and improve engagement in care. The app was launched in August 2015 and has received nearly 1,000 downloads. Dr. Ruth received her PhD in Human Development with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia and received a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kathleen has a passion for studying God’s word and serves as a group leader for Bible Study Fellowship International. Kathleen lives in Atlanta with her husband and their 2 children.

GLADYS DARK is a consummate business woman, Global missionary and impeccable scholar, dedicated to serving God and humanity. A doctoral candidate, with research focus in social entrepreneurship, business management and organizational leadership. She is the President of Reflecting Light World, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization, with offices in the U.S and Ghana (West Africa). Ms. Dark is the CEO of DEI Intl, online Business, Leadership and Ministry Training Schools in Lagos, Nigeria; and expanding to Nairobi, Kenya in fall 2016.
RLW, Inc. is focused on humanitarian and philanthropic initiatives throughout Africa and the world. She is the recipient of the BHU 2011 Transformational Leadership and Community Developer Award.
